Anti-vaxxers may soon find out that their reluctance to get vaccinated could come at the cost of career progression, as a number of companies are planning to link incentives, commissions and annual increments to the Covid-19 jab, said employment lawyers and industry executives.
Companies are increasingly nudging employees to get vaccinated so that they can reopen offices and resume normal operations in the next three-four months, they said.
